Netflix - Have just renewed my contract

I have just renewed my sky package. Then i saw on there website that all Sky TV packages come with Netflix but mine does not. Why is that? their website says all TV packages come with Netflix access so after renewing my contract why does my account not come with netflix? please help me understand

I presume what you are looking at are new customer offers and probably for streaming options.  (You're not a new customer)

You renewed what you already had. If that didn't include netflix then you have to add it. The included version is the rubbish tier anyway.
