Netflix, Disney and prime were working but now only say sorry there was an issue

I had all the apps working but suddenly stopped working. I have tried the following

1. Switched off the q box and allowed it it reset

2. Switched off router

3. Refreshed the apps as described by previous posts 

4. Logged out of apps and then reset.

5. Allowed someone else to log into their account - the same thing happened. They have now logged out and it is working at their home.
