Hi,
I cancelled my Ultimate TV add on and then reinstated it. Since then our payment says paused and netflix want me to activate but i can't because the link doesn't work. If i try to do it throught the app on my Q box i get an error saying it is already activated (dsu_508 error)
I seem to be going round in circles as netflix say sky have to sort and vice versa.
Where do i go from here?
