I've followed all the steps in the bot chat and FAQ/ help section for Netflix.
When I select the app to watch Netflix I cannot get past the loading screen. I just get the red circle whirling all the time...
Not happy given I pay a lot of money to you for this service which I currently can't use.

Not to us - we're other customers here.
Try rebooting your box in the first instance.

I thought Sky review this too.
We have tried that and still get the same thing...
We've updated the software, refreshed the apps. Turned thoe whole thing off and back on and still get the same thing.

Yes all ok...
we've had no issues for the last 3 years. It has only started happening in the last couple of weeks.
When we sign into Netflix via our TV app it is fine. But when using the Sky App we just continue to get the loading circle.
We shouldn't have that.

True but if your TV has a native app I'd use that over the Sky app. (The native app is bound to be noticeably better)
