After i changed my sky package yesterday i went home from work and had no internet

We had a power cut 7 days ago and every since the the green circle on the middle. Of the sky box as been blue. Internet is working via are phones a d laptops, but sky want record anything and it just says not connected we have tried going via setting and startup buy nothing has rectified it
