Netflix App Logged in with Incorrect Account

So this is weird. I cancelled Netflix a while back and then reactivated recently. All Netflix app instances on all other devices are fine, but when I start the app on my Sky Q box, it's logged in under some random Spanish account! It appears to be a entirely independent account as no additional profiles or device activity appear under my own Netflix account. I don't believe I've been hacked, there's nothing unexpected in my account settings or Netflix logs, and yet, there it is, Pablo is in my Sky Q box. 

 

How on earth can this happen? I guess I can sign out easily enough but it's still a concern. I'm not sure how happy I am with the possibility that random accounts can somehow become linked to Sky box apps without my knowledge or consent.

change your password and force-sign-out all devices.
