Netflix Account Hacked

Someone hacked my email account (now recovered) and managed to change the email address and phone number on the Netflix account linked through my Sky account and I no longer have access.

Netflix have said they need a service code which I can access through my Sky account before they can help but I can't see how I can get one.

Does anyone have any tips?

Try to Go to the Netflix app on Sky Q and on the screen with the random profile press the following buttons on the Sky remote.

Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up

This may take you to a hidden menu and one of the tabs has the email address and the service code

Re: Netflix Account Hacked

I know this is an old thread, but my Netflix account has been hacked and locked, and I can't find the service code. I have done the up up down down thing. I have got the hidden menu up, but can only seem to see the email they have changed it to. I can't see the service code can anybody please help?

@Sand2 the best thing to do is to contact Netflix who can sort it for you
