Netfilx, Mobile, Sky Cinema

Netflix order is supposed to be without ads - but still has ads.

Mobile e-sim not transferred across correctly.

Want to cancel Sky Cinema on the 28th April

Give Sky a ring and they should be able to sort all this out for you. We are mainly customers on this forum with no access to your account.

'Standard with Adverts' is now the baseline bundled Netflix: to move to Standard (no advertising) needs the separate Netflix 'boost'.  Having the Sky HD add-on no longer upgrades Netflix.

You have to give 31 days notice.  So even if you cancelled today it will extend into mid May.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
