Neighbour complained about sky dish
Is it possible to have a sky dish moved as our elderly neighbor is freaked out by it.
the engineer didn't actually ask us where we wanted it, he just put it up last week.

Re: Neighbour complained about sky dish
@LouiseFG You'll need to speak to Sky directly as we are customers like you on here. It may not be possible as the engineers place the dish where they can get the best signal usually. Your neighbour may just have to get used to it if Sky can't move it.

Re: Neighbour complained about sky dish
@LouiseFG it depends as the dish has to be positioned at a certain angle so it can receive the signal from the satellite so it may not be possible to relocate without affecting your services

Re: Neighbour complained about sky dish
How is the dish's position causing an issue for your neighbour, presuming it's not attached to their property?

Hi @LouiseFG Any chance of uploading an image so we can see why your neighbour objects.
