Need to upgrade message
I've just had sky q installed and activated about 2 hours ago but we can't access what we are entitled too, specifically:
-cant watch any on demand stuff in any format/quality (sh,hd,uhd)
-cant see any uhd tv channels which we've subscribed too
We've rebooted the box and it's still the same. Anyone had experience with this, is it just a case of waiting for those services to be activated/updated remotely?

I had this last Tuesday after my install. I had to call them to ask them to resend the entitlements which fixed it.

Hi @Jkc This is an ongoing problem with new customers. You should contact Sky to get it rectified.

Hi @Jkc
I have escalated your post to Sky who may get in touch with you about this issue.
Look out for an email and also a blue speech bubble on the bottom of this forum page. Once the blue chat bubble appears you only have 48 hours to instigate the private chat or it will close automatically so don’t miss the opportunity. I suggest that you make sure that your email/private message notifications are switched to ‘on’ to avoid missing the alerts.
