Need advice
Moved to a new address and got the engineer out said we have a communal dish but the cables are internal he said the cables were damaged and neeed repairing and that ofl would have to repair them. He mentioned sky glass and sky stream. But the prices are £20 more a month. I ask sky if I could pause the account for the 60 days quoted by ofl they said no I said it's not my fault the cables are damaged and I don't wish to pay for something I'm not getting. She said either cancel which is £400 or get steam for the extra £20 a month. Please help

Re: Need advice
@Shariar I agree with @Doc5907 looking at it from Sky's point of view it's not their fault either as they are not responsible for the internal wiring. Suppose you could see if the company that are responsible for the upkeep of the system will reimburse you for the cost of Sky may be worth while asking
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
