Hi - I woke this morning (5th Aug) to find that I have no satellite signal. All the usual processes of disconnecting, resetting everything have been gone through.
When I tried online (at Sky) to check if there was any issue, it identified that there was indeed a problem with the signal to the property. There is one shared Sky dish for use by the flats around me., so I am not sure if the problem is there.
I am disabled and rely heavily on my Sky tv (especially during the Olympics) and, despite being a long-standing "VIP Member" (!!) , the earliest Sky can send out an engineer to check is 20th August! That is 15 days without service (other than using Sky Go, as a last resort).
Does anyone have any other ideas or suggestions?
Many thanks.

@Martinlawyer
If you are connected to a communal dish you need to liaise with you building management company / landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact.

Thanks. I have indeed notified the factors for the building and they will send someone out within 24hrs - but £70 if fault is at my end!
