NETFLIX

I signed up for 2 months free with NETFLIX on Sunday saying that it would give me access on 2 devices. When I have tried the TV upstairs it says it does recognise my email address. I have contact NETFIX they cannot help suggested I contact Sky however when trying to chat to an agent I simply get the bot which doesnt understand the problem

 Not sure what Sky package you are but with Sky Q and Sky stream yo basic Netflix that  with ads as part of your package at no extra cost  and  Canada this devices like your phone without extra charge.

 Not sure what Sky package you are but with Sky Q and Sky stream you get basic Netflix, that  with ads as part of your package at no extra cost  and  can add this to other devices like your phone without extra charge.
