NETFLIX

I signed up for 2 months free with NETFLIX on Sunday saying that it would give me access on 2 devices. When I have tried the TV upstairs it says it does recognise my email address. I have contact NETFIX they cannot help suggested I contact Sky however when trying to chat to an agent I simply get the bot which doesnt understand the problem
