NETFLIX - accessing

NETFLIX driving us mad - cannot get the old account detached from my sky account so we aaare unable to view anything - Spoken to 2 aagens this evening both for over 30 mins each!! Still no luck. ALso 2nd aaged gave me a "GIFT" of free HD... for 2 months - so not free - you are charged for it after that.... I WANT IT REMOVED NOW!!! 

Netflix needs sorted too PLEASE helo...

We're other customers here - we can't remove it.
