My voice command has stopped working.

See if rebooting your router helps.

Voice control needs an internet connection

Thanks I'll give it a try but if I haven’t got a WiFi connection I would think that I wouldn't be able to watch anything, which I can.

Hi @PR1976 

All live Sky channels come by Satellite and don't need an internet connection.

On Demand and catch up is via Internet though.

I've tried rebooting but unfortunately this hasn't resolved it. 
I have internet connection and am able to watch On Demand and catch up.
