Hi good evening I have ordered my sky q replacement box which I have received but mistakley I've returned my viewing card with the old sky box

Youwillneed to contact Sky.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.

This is a common mistake when a doorstep box swap takes place. Once you've requested a replacement it'll be dispatched via Royal Mail.
