I haven't been able to access the channels properly. Every channel that is HD is frozen or it says no signal. Issue with satellite signal.
I have been a customer for a number of years and this is the most dreadful period I've encountered.
I am becoming bewildered with the product at this point.

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system
