My sky won’t connect

I am getting the following message " it looks like you do not have internet connection right now ....

  I have tried everything I could nothing is working and my internet is working fine

Have you tried powering off your Sky, restarting your router (wait for the internet is reconnected by checking another device), then restarting your Sky?
