My sky remote will not work

I have changed the batteries but still it won't work

@jHardinghamOn some versions of remotes it is easy to put a battery the wrong way round, assuming this is not the problem try this link for help with your Q remotes

If you get to the end and decide the remote is faulty click tried everything then need more help and or contact us and you get a form to order a replacement one free.
