My sky q box is cycling between ‘screen goes blank Peres’s the home’ then goes blank then comes back

My sky q box gets stuck on the 'screen goes blank' blue screen then goes blank on momentarily before going back the the blue screen goes blank instruction in a cycle!

@Luce+B Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Hi 

I have it gets as far as the blue screen that says 'when the screen goes blank, press home to get started' then gets stuck for several minutes, occasionally goes dark for a few seconds then goes back to the 'when the screen goes blank' screen

@Luce+B ok have you tried unplugging your box and leaving it unplugged for 20 to 30 minutes then plugging it in again
