My sky minibox won’t download says queued

My sky q minibox just says queued when I try to download a film / series . I've done a reset

@Jan+Mitchell look for any downloads that are patially downloaded or failed and delete these also delete any that are queued

Go into the deleted section and delete these programmes from there then reboot you main box and try downloading again.
