My sky is not working
My sky is not working, it just shows a black screen.. I have tried turning it on and off but hasn't worked.

Is the Q box receiving power? Are there lights on the front? What colour are they? Have you tried turning the box off at the wall for a minute then powering it back on to reboot it? Is your TV on the correct HDMI input?

Hi , there's just one green light on I have turned it on and off but it hasn't worked.

Hi, I am having the same problem, black screen on TV, green lights on as it should be, tried rebooting it but no joy. Engineer came out yesterday and changed the box and the HDMI lead which seemed to fix the problem but today the same thing has happened. Spoke to Sky again and they ran through the usual rebooting etc, they are now sending me another box as they think there is an issue with the one they put in yesterday.

@Max_40 with the box switch on and showing a green light then press the following on the remote
the home button followed by 1080 then the home button again
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Also - Are you 100% sure the TV is on the right HDMI input?
