My sky has stopped working after heavy hailstorm for about 5 minutes. It says technical fault

I have sky q and mini . I live the London area had a heavy hailstorm rain for a few minutes today. I have turned the system on and off numerous occasions.  Being quite an expert at restarting my sky having been a user over 25 years
