My sky f1 channel problem

Hi there my sky f1 channel is freezing 

Please can someone help me to stop the freezing please? Thanks

Possibly try a power down restart of your main SKY Q box :

 Use the remote to place it into standby mode

 Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)

 Wait at least 30s

 Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

If that doesn't help then possibly a lsight problem with your dish alignment - although not ideal try looking further down the channel list for a different resolution - I have UHD on 406  so HD is on 857 & SD on 864
