My sky boxes aren’t working properly

Hello, my main skyQ box currently won't load any of my recordings.

my 3 mini boxes upstairs won't load the tv guide or any of my recordings, please can someone help me?

Have you carried out a reboot of the boxes? Come back to us if you don't know how to do that.

What message are you seeing if you try to access recordings on your main Q box.

I have a message at the top of my screen saying This service is not available because of a problem with my hard disk drive

I had to delete the hard drive, it seems to have worked.
