my sky box stopped working 2 weeks ago and I did everything in my power to sort it out and failed and called sky there told me to do everything I already tried and said I need a new box. Obviously I ain't had no t v channels for over 2 weeks now does sky have to give me a daily refund or isit a set amount as when I googled it the Google showed me it was to be something like £9:33 a day but sky is trying to be clever and only minuses 14 of my bill do you think that's even correct?

No, the £9.33 per day relates to broadband faults. The best you can expect from Sky is a pro rata refund of your TV subscription costs which Sky normally pay once the issue has been put right (or they've had the first opportunity to put it right). It's unlikely to be paid automatically - you'll have to speak to Sky at that point to request it.
