My sky box isn’t working

My sky box isn't working at the moment the screen is blank not working the screen is completely gone and not starting at all for 2 days I'm 68 years old and can I have engerneir to come to my house to come and fix it .

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

Regarding your issue 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
