My sky box isint working

'm going to a different company .

I'm sick and tired of my sky not it working .it keeps freezing and is unwatchable. I have an extra box up stairs for my elderly mother and its unwatchable.

You haven't said what, if anything, you've already tried so…

Try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if necessary-
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

I have done everything try rebooted it no joy. Trying to watch programs keeps freezing. Turn it on and off. Done everything so I'm just going to cancel

Having now found a similar thread you started on the Sky+ board (now removed) you'd better confirm which set up you have.

TV ~ (fully cancel)
To cancel all your TV subscription, if you’re out of contract you’ll need to give Sky the required 31 days notice. The latest T’s and C’s explicitly state you can’t cancel when still in a minimum term deal unless Sky agree. If they agree you’ll have to pay the remainder of your discounted term.

Select ‘Need more help’ at the bottom of the following link which will lead to contact details.

(Make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is the correct one ie; UK or ROI).
UK customer ~ The link may include an email link and also a Message Us option (which is normally available between 9am and 7.30pm).
ROI customer ~ it’s only by calling Sky Ireland or writing in.

Return packaging will be sent out to you near the end of the notice period(s). Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
