My sky box is not working

I called sometime ago to request for an assistance in respect of my remote control not working

You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum where customers try to help other customers.

 

So your tread title say your Sky Q box isn't working but your post says the remote isn't working? 

After checking the basics, ie; fresh batteries, re-pairing etc if your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some more troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (apparently this is not available to customers in the ROI).

(It might be quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket. If you do that as well you’ll always have a spare).
