My sky box doesn't record problems and says power failure .
My sky box won't record and it says power failure. Also If I try to watch previous recordings it says no longer available. I have to switch box of at mains and restarted each time.

Unfortunately, there was no response to our invite in 48 hours so this has been closed now.
Our team will not be available till 21st June where we will resume Community Messaging support.
