My sky Q tv goes blank while watching. But the sound still works. I have to switch off and on again

It works for an hour sometimes but then goes blank suddenly. The sound still works. I have tried rebooting the system. It works for a bit. But last night it did it 3 times in 15 minutes.

Have you rebooted your Television set?

I've rebooted the sky box and that goes through the tv. Don't know how to reboot my Toshiba tv
