My Sky W mini box in tgg he e kitchen rarely works.  It keeps coming up I'm not connected to internet or another Q box but I have a Q box in living room and it works fine apart from every other day I have to put my password in which is so frustrating.  I also have a sky booster in the hallway and it should have 3 green lights but most of the time the middle light is not on or is red.  Help!
