My sky Q box mini box says no satellite signal however my box is connected fully? I can’t fix it

I've tried restarting it and unplugging everything and plugging it back in and resetting connection I can't figure out why it keeps saying no satallite signal when it says its connected to sky Q and I have signal on main box

Try rebooting your main box first then once that is back up and running doing the same with the mini box.

Hi @Charley991 As suggested, Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?
