Sky Q box has many problems keeps turning off randomly and also loosing sound (it's not the tv) and also can't get continuous internet connection keeps saying not connect when internet is okay in the house not the best when it should be for what we pay, keep having to talk to robots rather than humans to resolve this problem and we are not happy at all and if not sorted we look to cancel and start with virgin thanks
