My sky Q box keeps losing internet connection on a daily basis and i have to keep re setting it

Every day my sky q box loses Internet connection so I have to go into setting to reset it 

After holding the WPS button it resets and I am able to watch Netflix BBC I player etc however more or less on a daily basis I have to reset it 

Does the box need changing

I have not seen any replies on what is being done to help me resolve this on going issue 

I was told to click on the bubble have not seen a bubble yet
