Hi @Sjc1 

First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.

@Sjc1 have you tried another hdmi and you checked that your on the right source on tv?

Im experiencing this, however the steps recommended haven't worked in this instance.  It says it's got a signal coming from 2 HDMI port on the TV, but there's no picture, just a black screen.

Try restarting the Q at the wall. Or the "home 1080 home" resolution change on the remote.
