My sky Q box doesn't seem to be committing UHF signal

How do i check if my sky Q box is giving me UHD as my HD screen is far better then the UHD screen

1. Press Home on your Sky remote.
2. Select Settings then Setup.
3. Select Audio visual then Picture resolution.
4. Select 2160p (UHD).
5. When prompted to select '8-bit', '10-bit' or 'Find it for me', select Find it for me to find the right setting for your TV. If you want to watch Sky Q in HDR, you'll need to select 10-bit.
6. When you see 'Do you want to save the changes?', select Confirm.

Of course it's only native UHD when the source material is itself UHD, and that's not on any broadcast channel other than one for Sport.

@Stevegb21w also be aware that mini boxes are not capable of UHD
