One of my SkyQ mini boxes has stopped working - sny ideas please?

I have a SkyQ box and 2 mini Q boxes.  One of the mini boxes won't connect to the SkyQ box. Wondering if it has become faulty and needs replacing?

@DaleW Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then 

reboot the mini boxes
