My sky Fault message cant connect to Q Box

My Sky App repeatedly shows I have a issue with my Q box , Sky can't connect ?

The box is on line according to settings, and sub message shows a date of AuG 2024 ? On App

evey thing on the set up is working, so why this  message all the time for months?
I have phoned about it some time  ago , but it's still showing today March 7th 2026.

the let's fix it help, shows three options, non of which are relevant!

rebooted everything a few weeks back .  I get no response from Sky, just ignored and message continues. Why can't it be deleted?  As the Q box is now discontinued has all back gone too ?

If your box is working OK, then just ignore the message

Any fault message from Sky  you have to accept as fact, otherwise the whole system is pointless pile of nonsense, not fit for purpose, 

nobody seems to have a clue sadly!
