My ski mini box is fully connected and shows recorded programs. However I am unable to watch live
Sky mini box connected fully reset and not able to watch live tv or recordings. However I can see recordings and Home Screen normal except for black mini picture in top left

@Matt18 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions4
then
rebooting your mini box
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
