I already have sky q , the man that upgraded my package says it would delivered 3-5 working days but that was 10 days ago and has not arrived yet

Hi @Gsher12 

Multiscreen on Sky Q is the Monthly subscription required to use minis (and Tablets/Phones) .

It does not necessarily come with a mini box which is normally available at an additional one off upfront charge.

Hi @Gsher12   Multiscreen is a subscription, on it's own there is no Mini box.
