My screen is say not programmed

I can't get any programs on my tv the screen is saying not programmed ?

hi @ColinGeorge18 

 

That message is from your TVs Freeview (or possibly Freesat) tuner.

 

Try selecting the HDMI input that your SKY Q box is connected to (you should be able to use the Input Select button on the SKY Remote - top right on the latest remotes) if it has been paired
