My returns

I have had my return box for my Sky stuff, but it says I have 4 x mini boxes. 

I have only ever had 2

Just send back what you have got and before sending it off take a photo with everything in the box and also include a note with your name, Sky account number and what is in the box.

 

If you want piece of mind about this then you will have to call Sky.
