My pin for accessing netflix is not recognised.

I used to watch netflix every day on sky but overnight, my pin has not been accepted  so I can no longer watch netflix. This is my main viewing channel  so I'm upset that I can't access it despite following instructions. 

Can you retrieve my pin for me?

Do you mean your Netflix Password?

Your Sky pin is what you have to enter if viewing Sky content which is age restricted.

If you are referring to your Netflix password you can reset it on the following help link.
