My on demand and catchup

My skyq box won't download or catch up any content from BBC itvx sky etc I have the correct subscriptions, I have changed from HD to SD, unplugged box and router 5 times and updated twice which didnt work as software number still the same.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

Hi @wenta70 

When you carry out Software updates on Q and are on the latest software,  the message received will always be update this box with the latest software even if the box is already on the latest version.
Updating when already on the latest version achieves nothing and the box software is not refreshed.

Regarding your Download issue

Have you changed your Download preference to SD in Home - Settings - Setup - Preferences.
This needs to be done on the main Q box.
Then if you want to download any HD content from free to air channels (BBCHD ,ITVHD etc) you can select HD in the All formats tab of the content . This will change the format for that particular download only but still leave your format to SD in preferences.
