Hi, I had Sky Q installed on Friday + I am having trouble downloading programmes.
When I try to download a programme I get a "Failed" message. I have had to watch The Jetty on BBC iplayer as I was unable to download it. I have the same issue even after changing the format. Unable to download Hightown on Alibi. Also why do I have to sign in every time a use Amazon Primeš¤¬!?

Hi @scott1110 What software version are you on Home -> Settings -> System info. As far as the failed downloads, start by tidying up the failed downloads by deleting them from the deleted section. Then power reboot your broadband router, followed by the Main Sky Q box.
