When I try to download a programme I get a "Failed" message. I have had to watch The Jetty on BBC iplayer as I was unable to download it. I have the same issue even after changing the format. Unable to download Hightown on Alibi. Also why do I have to sign in every time a use Amazon Primeš¤¬!?

As far as the failed downloads, start by tidying up the failed downloads by deleting them from the deleted section. Then power reboot your broadband router, followed by the Main Sky Q box.
