My new Sky Q viewing card is stuck in the box. How do I get it out?

I put a new Sky Q viewing Card in the Sky Box but I think it might be upside down. I pushed it in but it won't come out. It won't push in to pop out and I cannot pull it out. Any ideas?

Hi @Tjackson1210 

It will not pop out enough to remove it then you will probably need an engineer.

Could you try tweezers or thin nosed pliers to grab any part of the card which is showing?
