My mini box will not turn on.

Hi my mini box in the bedroom will not turn on so we can't watch anything at all. We have turned it off and on and still nothing happens the red light on the box just stays on.

Hi @SG1982  are you using the remote for the Mini box, and are the batteries ok?

Switch the Sky Q Mini box off at the mains. Hold down the Reset button on the back of the Sky Q Mini box and switch it back on at the mains. Keep holding it until the light on the front flashes red and green. This will take about 30 seconds.
