Sky Q on demand snail pace slow when downloading.

Recently we swapped over to another fibre provider. Download speeds of 450mbps. When we try to download anything to watch the downloads speed is throttled. Is this normal, are sky limiting the bandwidth on their servers?

Hi @pixelbond007 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
