Thanks.  I am wondering if it's more straightforward to ask for an engineer visit.  Never had issues in the last 30 years!!

I finally have this resolved!!  Thank you to all of you who took the time and patience in endeavouring to assist me.  Very much appreciated.

 

Following escalation I engaged with a sky representative, when through all the previous actions i had tried.

Simply............. I had the reset the mini box and run through the stages of setting that up.  Easy when you know there's a reset button on the back of the box!  So, it doesn't seem as if stuck on accessibility screen is always a remote issue.
